A Vinyler watch is not a disposable product – it is designed to last a lifetime. To ensure it stays that way, we’re here for you even after your purchase. Direct, personal, no red tape.
Warranty
We offer a 24-month warranty on every Vinyler watch. What’s not covered: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or unauthorised tampering. What’s covered: anything that shouldn’t have happened. If in doubt, get in touch – we’ll take a look.
Delivery
We work exclusively with experienced and trustworthy logistics partners. Your watch is one of a kind – and we treat it as such when shipping it. International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs or external circumstances. Should this be the case, we will keep you informed openly and promptly.
Returns
In the event of a warranty claim, we will, of course, also arrange for your watch to be returned to us. Please contact us in advance so that we can discuss the next steps together.
